Zillow has reported that Denver stands at the top of their forecast for the 10 best housing markets for 2016. The website looked at cities with low unemployment, strong wage growth and appreciation in home value.

The entire list includes:

2. Seattle, Wash.

3. Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas

4. Richmond, Va.

5. Boise, Idaho

6. Ogden, Utah

7. Salt Lake City, Utah

8. Omaha, Neb.

9. Sacramento, Calif.

10. Portland, Ore.
