They learn to say NO!
They appreciate what they have.
They don’t ask “what if.”
They disconnect – from phone, emails, etc. They take breaks.
They sleep.
They exercise.
They don’t hold grudges.
They don’t “die in the fight,” (choose battles wisely)
They practice mindfulness – meditation
They eliminate negative self-talk.
