Mr. Gaudio is a co-founder of the Company. He has served as Chief Executive Officer of Copper River Funding, LLC since July 2008. Previously, from March 2004 to July 2008, Mr. Gaudio owned and operated Nexus Financial Group of Idaho, a residential and commercial loan brokerage. Prior to founding Nexus Financial Group of Idaho, Mr. Gaudio served as Chief Executive Officer of Environmental Solutions and Technology, Inc. from 1997 to 2002. Mr. Gaudio spent three years developing patent based waste-to-energy projects overseas, securing international contracts and project financing for 41 projected facilities through ING Barings, London. Previously, from November 2005 to March 2006. Mr. Gaudio served on the Advisory Board for Tetridyne Solutions, Inc., a publicly traded company specializing in business information technology. From January 1994 to November 1996 he served as V.P. for OTC Capital Ltd., an investment-banking boutique based in Palm Beach, Florida. Recently, from January 2010 to January 2011 he served as Director of Social Ministries for St. John Lutheran Church and currently serves as Idaho State Director, major donors campaign for Ducks Unlimited, the worldwide leader in wetland conservation.
Mr. Peart is a co-founder of the Company. He has served as Chief Financial Officer of Copper River Funding, LLC since July 2008. Previously, from 1995 to May 2008, he co-founded, owned, and operated Nexus Financial Group, Inc., a leading residential and commercial loan brokerage. Mr. Peart graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science in 1993. Previously, Mr. Peart served in the U.S. Army, where he was recognized as Honor Graduate at Fort Gordon, GA for multi-channel communications (31M), and selected to serve the 9th Signal Battalion for Team Spirit in South Korea, a joint military training exercise. Mr. Peart is a member of the American Association of Private Lenders, and a certified member of the National Ethics Association.
Mr. Stamps has specialized in commercial real estate loans since January 2008. His experience in the commercial finance industry includes conventional and SBA lending, managing and servicing multi-million dollar commercial loan portfolios, private bridge financing, and also creative financing structures that involve the use of an individual's retirement plan to fund their business. Mr. Stamps has a BBA in Marketing from Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, Texas and a MBA in Entrepreneurship from the University of Oklahoma in Norman, Oklahoma. Having played college football, he understands the importance of building a solid team and working together to achieve a common goal.
Mr. Darby is a founder and Principal of the Fund. Mr. Darby was formerly Managing Director and principal of Schneider Capital Management from 2001-2013. From 1998 to 2001, he was a product manager for Investor Force, a privately held financial services institution. From 1996 to 1998, he was Senior Client Service Professional for Pilgrim Baxter & Associates, a financial services institution. From 1994 to 1996, he was a Senior Client Services Professional for Turner Investment Partners, an employee owned investment manager. Mr. Darby graduated Cum Laude from Princeton University in 1976 and received his Master’s in Business Administration, with a specialization in Finance and Multinational Enterprise, from the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School of Business, in 1978. He is a member of the Board of Directors of CFS/The School at Church Farm, serves on the Advancement Committee at Delaware County Christian School, and is an Alumni Schools Committee Interviewer for Princeton University.
